The House
BALUX is a dining room built for the evenings that matter — the anniversary, the deal closed, the friends you only get in one city at a time. Mediterranean cooking, a considered cellar and a room that knows when to be quiet.
Burrata and grilled octopus to begin, pasta rolled in our own kitchen, charcoal-grilled cuts, prawns and lobster from the coast. From the first plate to the last pour, the intention is the same: make it worth remembering.
